Paper faced Gypsum Board

Gypsum board is the lightweight board which is based on building gypsum and mixed with fiber and additives to constitute the core and firmly stick with protective faced paper. The protective faced paper ( professional thickness) play the role to improve the bending and impact of the board.

The gypsum board surface shall be flat and appearance quality grade requirements as followings: corrugated, grooved, blot, and scratches.

Excellent prodtcs: not allowed;

First grade: allowed but not obvious;

Qualified product: allowed but not affect to use

Gypsum board have the good processability of sawed, nailed, planed ect. And the sheet is easy installation, fast construction, high efficiency, low labor intensity which is one of the extensive used lighweight panel.

Gypsum board applies for decorations of indoor ceiling, walls, partitions, interior wall ect of office building, theaters, restaurants, hotels,waiting rooms, terminals, residential buildings ect. The gypsum board only applies to the dry environment and should not be used in the wet environment which air relative humidity is more than 70% such as kitchen, bathroom, toliet.
